BRÜCKNER, a leading German mechanical engineering company with over 75 years of expertise in textile finishing, has strengthened its focus on environmental and energy efficiency technologies. The company, renowned for its innovations in coating, drying, heat-setting, and more, has always prioritized reducing emissions and resource consumption in its products.
To enhance this commitment, BRÜCKNER has established a new “Environmental and Energy Technology” department, led by Mr. Andreas Troscheit. This department is responsible for all heat-recovery and exhaust air cleaning systems. Mr. Troscheit, who has been involved in the company’s technical application and its Technology Center for the past three years, is supported by Mr. Tobias Keitel and Mr. David Knies. Mr. Keitel focuses on the design and distribution of these systems, while Mr. Knies specializes in software and control, including the advanced ExperTex simulation tool, which helps customers boost production and reduce energy consumption. This tool is also retrofittable to older BRÜCKNER machines.
The company’s product portfolio in environmental and energy technology is broad, offering modular systems for heat-recovery and exhaust air purification. These systems are highly customizable to meet specific customer needs and can be operated flexibly based on the process.
In addition, BRÜCKNER has developed new automatic cleaning systems that further enhance energy savings, reduce maintenance costs, and extend the service life of filter modules without interrupting production.
BRÜCKNER remains the only supplier on the market offering comprehensive heat-recovery and exhaust air cleaning solutions from a single source, combining cutting-edge technology with decades of experience to provide sustainable and future-oriented textile finishing solutions.
