Madhya Pradesh seals MoU with global vesture leaders to boost textile investment

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav convened a high- profile symposium with transnational sourcing heads from major vesture brands and inked a vital Memorandum of Understanding( MoU) with the Brand & Sourcing Leaders’ Association( BSL). The agreement aims to amplify cloth investments and accelerate the growth of the sector in Madhya Pradesh.

The event stressed the successful perpetration of Prime Minister Modi’s visionary “ Five F ” strategy — ranch to Fibre, Fibre to Factory, Factory to Fashion, Fashion to Foreign — as the state positions itself to crop as a global cloth mecca. A major focus of the conversations was the forthcoming PM Mitra Park in Dhar quarter, a sprawling 2,177- acre artificial zone designed to take the fabrics sector to unknown heights. The state has formerly attracted investments exceeding ₹ 3,513 crore in fabrics, with letters of intent valued at over ₹ 16,000 crore indeed before the demesne’s sanctioned groundbreaking.

Madhya Pradesh presents a compelling investment proposition owing to its robust organic cotton product, ultramodern garment manufacturing capabilities, green energy vacuity, effective executive processes, and stable policy frame. The state’s flagship action, “ Made in MP – Wear Across the World, ” underscores its ambition for global competitiveness.

CM Yadav emphasized the sector’s social impact “ The cloth and garment sector is empowering growers, women, youth, and the depressed, ” pressing the assiduity’s part in inclusive and sustainable development.
